A very wise quote indeed! :)
You did a very good job on this piece. Everything blends in perfectly, it has a good flow and the colors are very nice ^^
Only thing I personally don't like is what you did (or didn't do) with the text.. Remember that text can make and destroy an image very easily! It's more important than you'd think, so make sure you spend enough attention to it :P
So aside from the text, very well done! :D

Well, another font would do wonders.. If you don't have a lot of fonts, try out Da Font. They have lots of fonts, free to download :D
Other than that, color the text to a color that's in the rest of the pic (white always works, but tends to look cheesy).
I think that'd do wonders :D
